The mother goddess, Danu is an Irish deity whose name means 'River'. Danu's image is seen throughout Europe and is a principle goddess in Irish lore. She is associated with wisdom, water, motherhood and the wind.

Danu is sculpted to appear weathered, before being cast in a high quality plaster. Hand painted, each statue is special and unique, and may differ slightly from the picture.

Danu is not a self standing statue and measures at 12cm x 12cm
